2. Processing principles
VIVUM processes personal data only to the extent required for the secure operation of this website, handling enquiries, preparing possible business relationships or complying with legal obligations. Only data necessary for the relevant purpose is collected.
3. Website access and server logs
When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technical information required to deliver it. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested file, transferred data volume, browser type, operating system, referring page and status code. Processing is necessary to provide the site, prevent attacks and investigate technical errors.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and efficient operation of the website. Security-related log data is retained only as long as required for operation and abuse detection unless a longer statutory retention period or specific preservation of evidence is necessary.
4. Hosting
The website is intended to operate using Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical connection data may therefore be processed by companies within the Cloudflare group. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, the applicable legal transfer mechanisms, in particular adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, are used. The required data-protection agreements are concluded with engaged service providers.
5. Contact and callback forms
When you submit a form, VIVUM processes your first name, surname, email address and German mobile number. The language, visited page, submission time, referring page and any available campaign parameters are also transmitted. This technical information supports attribution and secure handling of the enquiry.
Processing takes place to handle your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where your enquiry does not concern a possible contract, processing is based on the legitimate interest in appropriate communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Express consent may additionally provide a legal basis under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Form data is sent to the people responsible for handling enquiries within VIVUM and to the contact or CRM system used by VIVUM. It is not shared for third-party advertising. Data is deleted when the enquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention duty or legitimate documentation interest applies.
6. Contact by email or telephone
When you contact VIVUM directly, VIVUM processes the contact details and communication content you provide in order to handle your request. The legal bases and retention principles stated in section 5 apply.
7. Campaign parameters
If you arrive through an advertisement, UTM parameters contained in the address may be stored in your browser's session storage until the browsing session ends and transmitted with a form enquiry. This allows VIVUM to attribute the enquiry to a campaign. Without form submission, this data is not sent to VIVUM.
8. Local storage and cookie settings
The website stores your consent decision locally in your browser. This is technically necessary so that your selection can be respected on a later visit. Further details are provided in the cookie policy.
9. Analytics and marketing services
Analytics, remarketing and advertising technologies are used only after your active consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the cookie settings with effect for the future. Provider, purpose, legal basis, retention and transfer information is disclosed in this privacy information and the cookie policy.
10. Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to the internal teams and contractually engaged service providers that require it for the applicable purpose. These may include hosting, IT security, communication and CRM providers. Where they act as processors, service providers process data only on documented instructions.
11. No automated decision-making
The website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Investor classification or suitability assessment is not performed solely through the contact form.
12. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, email info@vivum.com.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is generally responsible for VIVUM.
13. Data security
VIVUM uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse. The published website is intended to be transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
14. Changes
This information will be updated when processing activities, services or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.
